"When I started going to public yoga classes, I was drawn to the gentle language. It became a practice of self acceptance that lead to physical and non physical strength. I wanted to deepen my practice and share these benefits with others. People will say things like, “I’m not good at yoga.” The truth is, it’s a practice of meeting yourself where you are. I want to empower people with this truth."
