An energizing sequence followed by a gentle cool-down including moments of silence to give thanks for the abundance in our lives. The teacher will introduce a sequence then empower you to continue the sequence while breathing and flowing at your own pace. This is followed by a series of stretches, bends, and twists that lead to a blissful rest. You’ll leave feeling lighter, invigorated, and ready to tackle Black Friday.
