THANKSGIVING HOT YOGA

You’ll sweat and move in a dynamic 75-minute yoga class that will energize your mind and body. Choreographed to fun beats and yogic-inspired music, the class promises to elevate your heart rate, and tone your muscles. You'll reach levels of flexibility, only attainable through heat. Be prepared to work up a sweat with lots of twists to prepare the digestive system for the big feast.

Prepare for the busy day ahead and join Lisa and Aimee as they guide you through an ALL-LEVELS Yoga Flow followed by a series of stretches, bends, and twists that will leave you feeling invigorated and make room for some indulgence later in the day.

BLACK FRIDAY RESTORATIVE

Tune in to your mind and body after a day full of family, fun, and eating. While the holiday season can be filled with joy, it can also be a stressful time of year for many. This class is a gentle, calming, and therapeutic practice that uses props to support the body as it eases into relaxation, bringing balance back to your mind, body, and spirit.

BLACK FRIDAY AERIAL BASICS

Aerial yoga is just like traditional yoga with the addition of aerial silks supporting the weight of your body. This will allow you to perform a diverse range of poses you can’t normally do on a traditional yoga mat. We encourage both newbies and longtime yogis to try Aerial Yoga! Classes end with you lying in Savasana, cocooned in a hammock as you gently swing from side to side. You’ll leave feeling lighter, invigorated, and ready to tackle Black Friday.

Join Diana, Kathy, & Pat for a special 75-minute Black Friday Chair Yoga class. Welcome back your healthy movement, healing, strength, and joint mobility regardless of your age and fitness level. Chair Yoga is a fun-loving class to help you learn how to access your ability and build strength, flexibility, and stamina, yet leaves you feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Special Sunday Restorative & Massage

This luxurious 75-minute class is a wonderful opportunity to slow down, practice self-care, and receive a healing touch. Erica will guide you through Restorative Yoga poses using a variety of props to ease you into greater relaxation. As a special bonus, you will receive a gentle-pressure massage from our newest Massage Therapist Jessica Short. It may be a busy time of year, but setting self-care as a priority is not selfish, it is critical. Take the time to let go and find your balance.
