Private one-to-one yoga is an ideal way to explore your own personal yoga practice and to develop your understanding.
Working closely, on a one-to-one basis, helps clarify and deepen your yoga practice and may be more appropriate if you are beginning yoga, don’t like practicing in a group setting, or have specific needs such as rehabilitation of an injury.
