Workshop

MOVE, LAUGH, & PLAY WITH PARTNER YOGA

Partner Yoga postures and flow sequences are designed to encourage balance, strength, flexibility, trust, communication and create a sense of light heartedness and fun!

We will start the workshop with simple partner movements, and then gradually build as everyone becomes comfortable with the content. Poses will be geared towards building strength and getting a wonderful stretch. 

NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY
A SENSE OF ADVENTURE AND AN OPENNESS TO NEW EXPERIENCES IS ESSENTIAL!

It is a wonderful way to build stronger communication, trust, and intimacy in any kind of relationship, whether it is friendship, a family member or your significant other. Come as you are and be paired up or bring a yoga partner you can laugh with because this class will be a blast!
