How long I've been practicing yoga:

About 7 years & teaching 5+ years!

My background:

I am RYT 200 certified and also a middle school teacher.

Why I teach:

I love connecting with my students.

What inspired me to become a yoga teacher:

One of my friends recommended it because of my struggle with anger management. I am also a middle school teacher, so teaching comes naturally to me. I knew how much yoga had changed my life and I wanted to be able to do the same for others.

Most memorable yoga moment:

I remember finally realizing what yoga could do for me. I had been continuing with yoga (early on in my journey) for the wrong reasons. Finally, in a class taught by Pam, I broke. I cried my eyes out nearly the whole time and was a changed human when I left.

Favorite style of yoga to teach:

Yin and Vinyasa!

Wednesday: Yin Stretch 6:15pm-7:15pm
Wednesday: Hot Yoga 7:30pm-8:30pm
