Why I began a yoga practice:

I began a yoga practice for health and wellness. Yoga was the perfect solution for me because it’s a physical activity that builds strength and flexibility.


Why I teach:

I enjoy chatting and connecting with my students the most.

What inspired me to teach yoga:

I was inspired to teach yoga to others because it connects me to like-minded people as well as opens up the opportunity to share helpful tips and inspiration with each other.

Favorite style of yoga to teach:

Guided flow.
