MOMMY & BABY YOGA
Welcome to all mommas and babies (6 weeks to active crawlers). Give your body the TLC it asks for as Holly leads you through a gentle yoga experience targeted to a new mom's needs. Stretch and strengthen tight muscles and tone your body after delivery while adding breathwork and relaxation exercises that will help you feel refreshed and rejuvenated.
