There are a growing number of professional sports teams, athletes, and coaches that recognize yoga as a fundamental part of their training. Yoga can help athletes develop better breathing techniques while improving balance, flexibility, strength, power, and even endurance. Training to get stronger or faster can lead to tight muscles with a smaller range of motion, limited power, and a tendency to get injured more easily. Yoga offers a combination of active and passive stretching that is especially helpful for keeping you injury free!


This weekly class is designed specifically for athletes and will combine the benefits of a Hot Yoga Flow and Yin Stretching.
