PADDLE BOARD (SUP) YOGA
Come enjoy the practice of Yoga combined with Stand-Up Paddle Boarding! These classes take your favorite yoga routines and put them on the water. Practicing yoga on a surface that is moving – like the paddleboard – is a fun way to engage the core muscles and strengthens other muscles which wouldn't otherwise be used in earth-bound practice. SUP yoga also requires intense focus because transitioning between poses requires concentration to keep the board steady. Sometimes it’s even fun to lose balance and make a big splash!
All you need to bring is a towel and yoga attire for the water – bathing suit or dry fit. Paddleboard rental and life preservers are included in the fee.
